1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Laffaazee ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, contacting us via WhatsApp, booking our creative services, or purchasing any of our writing, speechcraft, cinematic film production, or remembrance tribute packages, you ("Client," "User," or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or instructions communicated during your project engagement.If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Nature of Services ("No AI. Only Human Emotions.")
Laffaazee is a premium human-only emotional writing and cinematic storytelling studio. •Human Craftsmanship: All letters, speeches, screenplays, scripts, and creative concepts are authored and crafted exclusively by human writers and artists. •Operational Digital Tools: While the core creative output is 100% human-generated, we may utilize standard administrative and communication tools (such as email clients, cloud storage, spell-checkers, and messaging apps) to manage project workflows and client communication.•Subjective Creative Outcomes: Creative writing, emotional letters, and cinematic storytelling are subjective arts. We dedicate our highest professional expertise to interpreting your memories and briefs, but we do not guarantee specific emotional reactions or behavioral outcomes from third parties (e.g., whether a proposal is accepted, whether an apology is forgiven, or how guests react to a speech).
3. Booking, Pricing, and Payment Policy
3.1 Order Confirmation
• All service orders are initiated through consultation on our website or official WhatsApp channel.
• An order is officially confirmed, and work commences, only upon receipt of the required payment as specified in our quotation (typically 100% advance for letter/writing packages, and structured milestones such as 50% advance for cinematic film and script packages).
3.2 Payment Gateway & Currency
• Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay) or direct bank transfers.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic clients and converted appropriately for international clients where applicable. All gateway charges, currency conversion fees, or local taxes are borne by the client as per invoice terms.
4. Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy
Because Laffaazee provides bespoke, high-effort intellectual and creative services tailored specifically to individual clients, our cancellation and refund rules are strictly maintained:
4.1 Custom Writing & Speech Services (Letters, Confessions, Speeches, Tributes)
• Strictly Non-Refundable Once Commenced: Once a writing project brief has been accepted and research or drafting has begun, all fees are 100% non-refundable.
• Cancellation Prior to Work Commencement: If you cancel an order before our writers have started drafting or review, you are eligible for a refund minus a 10% administrative and gateway processing fee.
4.2 Cinematic Film & Pre-Wedding Packages
• Advance Deposit: Advance payments (such as the 50% booking deposit) secure our crew's dates, equipment allocation, and pre-production planning. This deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event of client cancellation.
• Rescheduling: If a shoot needs to be rescheduled due to weather, personal emergencies, or unforeseen events, you must inform us at least 7 days in advance. One free rescheduling is permitted; subsequent rescheduling requests may incur crew and logistics holding fees.
•Mid-Project Cancellation: If a cinematic project is cancelled after scriptwriting or pre-production has started, no refund of the advance will be issued, and any additional hours/work completed up to that point will be billed at standard agency rates.
5. Revisions and Delivery Timelines
5.1 Timelines
• Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during booking and over WhatsApp. While we make every reasonable effort to meet deadlines (especially for time-sensitive events like weddings or birthdays), creative processes require nuance. We are not liable for delays caused by late client inputs, missing details, or force majeure events.
5.2 Revisions
• Writing & Speeches: Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds (typically 1 to 2 rounds of minor refinements) within 7 days of initial draft delivery. Revisions must align with the original brief. Complete conceptual changes or rewriting from scratch after final approval will attract additional custom writing fees.
• Cinematic Films: Post-production editing includes a defined review cycle. Major structural changes after final edit sign-off will be billed separately.
6. Client Responsibilities and Warranties
6.1 Accuracy of Information
•You warrant that all personal memories, facts, stories, and instructions provided to Laffaazee are true, accurate, and submitted in good faith. We rely entirely on your inputs to shape the narrative.
6.2 Copyright & Third-Party Materials Indemnity
• You represent and warrant that any photographs, videos, music selections, or text snippets you provide to us for use in films or scripts do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laffaazee and Navkar Media Private Limited from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from copyright infringement, defamation, or breach of privacy claims resulting from the content or media you provided.
7. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
7.1 Client Ownership upon Full Payment
•Upon receipt of full and final payment, the copyright and personal usage rights to the final delivered text (letter, speech, script) or finished film are transferred to you for personal, non-commercial use.
7.2 Studio Portfolio Rights
•Laffaazee retains the right to showcase anonymized snippets, excerpts, or cinematic teaser frames of completed works in our portfolio, website, or social media channels, unless the client explicitly requests absolute confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.
8. Communication and Digital Delivery
• WhatsApp & Cloud Links: Official project communication, draft sharing, and final file deliveries take place via WhatsApp and secure cloud storage links.
• Client Backups: Once final files (documents or video links) are delivered, the client is solely responsible for downloading and maintaining independent local backups. Laffaazee is not responsible for storing project files indefinitely (refer to our Privacy Policy for data retention limits).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Navkar Media Private Limited (Laffaazee) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or emotional distress arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall be strictly limited to the actual professional fee paid by you for the specific service in dispute.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
