Overview & Core Philosophy
At Laffaazee, every piece of work we create—whether it is a deeply personal love letter, a customized wedding speech, a cinematic screenplay, or a physical keepsake package—involves intensive human intellectual labor, emotional synthesis, and bespoke artistic craftsmanship.
Because our services are customized entirely around individual human stories and memories, we do not offer standard "off-the-shelf" refunds or returns. Once our writers and artists begin the process of translating your emotions into words or film, time, effort, and creative resources are irreversibly invested.
This policy is designed to protect our creative team from exploitation and abuse while ensuring that you receive fair, transparent, and structured support in the rare event of a delivery discrepancy.
1. General No-Refund Principle for Intellectual & Digital Services

Finality of Custom Writing: All fees paid for writing services (including love letters, proposal letters, apology letters, gratitude notes, breakup letters, speeches, welcome addresses, and memorial tributes) are strictly non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and work has commenced.

Exclusion from Statutory Return Windows: Digital content and bespoke intellectual property created to personal specifications are exempt from standard e-commerce return policies. By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that creative work begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
2. Cancellation & Pre-Commencement Refunds
3 Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order for a Full Refund only if your cancellation request is received via our given whatsapp contact within 2 hours of payment confirmation AND before our writers or creative team have accessed your brief or commenced drafting.
4 Post-Commencement Cancellation: If you choose to cancel after our team has begun reviewing your brief, interviewing you, or drafting your content, no refund will be issued.
5 Cinematic Film Packages (Pre-Shoots, Anniversaries, Homecomings):
◦If a film package is cancelled at least 7 days prior to scheduled shoot dates, any advance paid (minus a 20% administrative and script-development fee) will be refunded.
◦If cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled shoot, or after location booking and equipment deployment have occurred, the advance is strictly non-refundable.
3. Revisions, Refinements & Customer Satisfaction
We pride ourselves on getting your emotional tone exactly right. While we do not offer refunds, we provide structured revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction:
6 Included Revisions: Every writing and speech package includes up to two (2) complimentary rounds of revisions (focused on tone adjustments, minor rewrites, or refining specific memories), provided the core brief does not entirely change.
7 Revision Window: Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial draft. If no feedback is received within 7 days, the draft is deemed formally accepted and finalized.
8 Scope Creep / Complete Rewrites: If you wish to alter the fundamental narrative, switch the recipient, or rewrite the entire brief after the first draft has been delivered, a Bespoke Modification Fee will apply.
4. Physical Keepsake Packages, Damage & Replacements
For physical orders involving premium packaging, handcrafted paper, wax seals, or framed keepsakes:
9 No Returns on Customized Physical Goods: Because physical keepsakes are personalized with custom text and hand-finished for individual orders, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
10 Damaged in Transit: If your physical keepsake package arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or structurally flawed, you must notify us via email at team@laffaazee.com within 24 hours of delivery, attaching clear photographs of the outer packaging and damaged item.
11 Replacement Guarantee: Upon verification of transit damage, Laffaazee will arrange for a free replacement of the damaged physical keepsake item. Refunds are not issued for transit damage; replacement is our primary and final remedy.
5. Chargeback Abuse & Fraud Prevention
12 Direct Resolution First: If you experience any delay, dissatisfaction, or discrepancy with your delivery, you agree to contact our support team at team@laffaazee.com first to resolve the matter amicably before initiating any bank chargeback or payment dispute.
13 Defense Against Unfounded Disputes: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback after receiving digital delivery or after the draft has been completed constitutes fraudulent activity. Laffaazee reserves the right to submit delivery logs, WhatsApp communication transcripts, signed briefs, and revision histories to payment gateways (Razorpay) and financial institutions to contest fraudulent disputes and recover full administrative and legal costs.
6. Modifications to This Policy
Navkar Media Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Laffaazee services following any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
