4. Delivery Timelines, Drafts & Revisions
Q: How are delivery timelines and revisions structured?
A: Because our services range from rapid personal letters to complex multi-day film shoots, delivery and revision rules are tailored to each service type:
•For Letters & Speeches (Love-Words & Wed-Words):
Delivery Timeline: Completed and delivered digitally within 24 to 72 hours following receipt of your complete details and confirmed payment.
Revisions: Includes 1 complimentary round of refinements (such as tone adjustment, rhythm fine-tuning, or specific detail tweaks) requested within 24 hours of receiving your final piece.
For Cinematic Screenplays & Film Packages (Cinema & The Tribute):
Payment & Drafting: Scriptwriting and pre-production commence only after 100% advance payment for the package is confirmed. This protects our writers' and directors' intellectual labor.
Initial Draft & Revisions: An initial concept draft is delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Clients may request up to 2 complimentary rounds of revisions on the draft within 7 days of receiving the initial draft. Once the screenplay/concept is approved by the client, screenplay writing and production commences accordingly.
5. Privacy, Confidentiality & Data Deletion
Q: Are my personal love stories, letters, and family memories safe?
A: Absolute confidentiality is our highest legal and ethical commitment. The intimate details, names, letters, and personal photographs you share with us are treated with strict professional discretion. We never publish, sell, or disclose your personal stories.
Q: How long do you retain my data, and can I have it deleted?
A: We retain your project files and correspondence for a limited period of 12 months post-delivery to assist with future edits or keepsakes, after which they are securely archived or purged. 6. Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements

A: Because our work involves bespoke human intellectual labor, custom writing, and pre-production planning:
• You may cancel and request a full refund within 2 hours of placing your order, provided work has not commenced.
• Once our writers or directors have initiated work or delivered an initial draft, fees are strictly non-refundable.
• For physical keepsake packages, transit damages or defective packaging reported within 24 hours of delivery are eligible for a free replacement (monetary refunds are not issued for physical custom items).
